Active wellness (4 days)
“Active wellness” is a condensed program focused on the prevention fields “physical activity” and “relaxation”. Pleasurable outdoor activities and relaxation will help you to get rid of stress within a short time and to return home with new energy.
Target group:
the subscribers of the health insurance BKK of whatever age as well as their family and friends.
Therapy goal:
information on health prevention, suggestions for a healthy life style and enhancement of the physical and physiological resistance.
Prevention scheme:
physical activity in order to strengthen the cardiovascular functions and the locomotor system as well as relaxation techniques
Our services:
- 3 nights with breakfast / holiday apartment without breakfast
- visitors’ tax
- progressive muscle relaxation after Jacobson
- Nordic walking
Additional services:
- visit of the public bath “Alpspitzwellenbad”; pool with wave machine
- bathrobe and sauna towels
- use of steam bath and sauna
- hire Nordic walking sticks
- use of the local busses
- sledge hire in winter
Expenditures/Reimbursement:
the health insurance BKK reimburses the spending of its subscribers for the activity program; the subscribers of other health insurances have to pay a share of € 150.00 for the activity program.
Double room per person for the stay: € 89.00
Single room supplement per night: € 15.00
Half board supplement per day: € 17.00
